Ash’s daughter a Princess: Oprah
Oprah Winfrey managed to create quite a stir on her visit to Mumbai.
Oprah, a friend of the Bachchans – Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in particular – was warmly welcomed to the Bachchan residence where she spent about an hour catching up with Aishwarya and Abhishek.
Oprah also had a look at Ash’s baby, and is heard to have even carried her in her arms! On asking what the baby’s name was, she was told that the name would shortly be chosen. To this, we hear, Oprah replied, “I’ll just call her Princess. She’s beautiful’.
Oprah was then personally chauffeured by Amitabh Bachchan at the wheel to a party hosted in her honour by Parmeshwar Godrej.
